SCHOOL HOURS
C.A.S.A. is a regional school with families attending from all over the area. Due to this, we look at all of the surrounding area school calendars and form our own.
C.A.S.A. begins morning carpool at 9:30 a.m. and afternoon carpool begins at 1:30 p.m. Afternoon carpool ends typically concludes at 1:40 p.m. Children who are not picked up by 1:40 p.m. will be taken to Extended Care and charged the Extended Care fee ($7.00 per hour).
CARPOOL
C.A.S.A. utilizes a carpool system. At morning carpool, you will get your child out of the car and wait for a teacher to come get them. During afternoon carpool, a teacher will bring your child to your car. It is your responsibility to ensure your child is safely buckled in. Each family is assigned a carpool number which must be displayed on the rearview mirror for afternoon carpool.
Follow the church signage to the C.A.S.A. entrance and merge into the carpool lanes. Please be aware of any animals you might have in the car and drive slowly when entering and exiting the church.
EARLY/EXTENDED CARE
EARLY CARE:
This service is available five days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. If you reserve Early Care by Friday of the upcoming week, the charge is $7.00 per hour. If requested the week of, or same day, the charge is $9.00 per hour.
When you arrive for Early Care, ring the doorbell at the C.A.S.A. entrance and and a C.A.S.A staff member will escort your child to a classroom.
AFTER CARE:
This service is available five days a week from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. If you reserve After Care by Friday of the upcoming week, the charge is $5.00 per hour. If requested the week of, or same day, the charge is $7.00 per hour. When picking up your child, ring the doorbell and a C.A.S.A. staff member will greet you and bring your child outside. If someone other than a child’s parent is picking your child up, they must have a picture ID and written permission.
Note: If you reserve a spot in Early or After Care, you will be charged, whether or not the service is used. Sorry, we cannot accommodate day swaps.
